Online orders sometimes end up in unexpected forms the buyers. One might have accidentally bought up a wrong product or then the product handover might not meet the expectations. In such cases most of the times you have an option to cancel or replace the product with us. The cancellations and return policies here give you knowhow of how you can do so without any inconvenience.
Provision for Cancellations
Orders are subjected to cancellation before they are processed. For cancelling the customer need to access his or her My Account page and select the CANCEL option which is placed below the order history of the purchases you have made till date. In case the cancellation option is not to be seen or unavailable it might be possible that the processing would have started. During this situation, you need to immediately contact our customer support at +917757872916 or email us with your order details and request cancellation.
Eligibility for Making Returns
We understand ourselves liable to not only the customers but also the third parties we are dealing with in terms of our functioning. To be just to all we have categorized our products in the eligible/ineligible for returns.
Mentioned below are the conditions that make your product eligible for return
• Damaged or Defective product
• Products delivered by mistake
• Products which are unworn and are in a perfect resalable condition( with receipts and original packaging), unless it is marked as Non - returnable at the product description page
If your product is eligible for return it is needed to be returned within 15 days of the day it was delivered.
What if you receive a Tampered Package?
Please do not accept the product if the packaging has tampered or the product has been damaged during the delivery process. In such cases, you need to immediately connect to our customer support either on phone or on mail and lodge the complaint. While lodging the complaint you need to feed in your order reference number. Once the complaint is processed we will make sure that a fresh intact piece is sent to you at the earliest.
Steps to revert back Damaged Products
Once the purchase is made it is our utmost duty to deliver to you the product in the best state possible. But sometimes it happens that due to undue conditions the product that reaches you is either a wrong one or then damaged or tampered with. In such a situation, a complaint has to be lodged with our customer support staff within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Along with the complaint, it is a must that you also email us the pictures of the damaged or the defective product you have received. This will help our customer service panel in reviewing the product and taking the necessary action. Once thoroughly reviewed the replacement or refund process is initiated. It is then up to the customer's discretion to refund or replace the product in either of the following ways
• You may opt to get the replacement done at the earliest
• You may opt for the refund of the amount paid for the product. The refund may be sent directly to your card or bank account you have done the payment with. Or then in cash, if the product was delivered in cash on delivery (COD) basis.
• There is also an option of getting the refund amount directly in your e-wallet which can be helpful while making future purchases.
Please note that the refund process normally is completed within 5-7 working days of the complaint made. Also, the shipping charges applied to the product are nonrefundable.
How to register a Return Request?
In order to let us help you make a Return Request, we would require the following details from you -
• Order Number
• Order Date
• Invoice Number
• Nature of Complaint
As you register a complaint a request number will be given to you for reference. Once the complaint is processed our delivery or courier partner will pick the package from you and will issue an Airway bill in return. Please do not hand over the package to the courier boy in case he denies to issue the airway bill to you.
Once we receive the non-damaged product, it will be checked for its resale value. If it proves eligible we would be very happy to offer you credits or exchange as outlined below
In case a wrong product was delivered to you, the right product would be immediately dispatched once we receive the returned wrong product in hand.
If you wish to return us an unworn product and have a refund, a credit note will be raised against the amount you had paid for the product in your purple account (at our portal). This credit note can be utilized as and when you make the next purchase from us. Apart from this, we would also like to bring to your notice that a 10% restocking charge, as well as the shipping charge, will have to be borne by the customer.
