Vayu Mudra Pendants
Sanskrit term Vayu means Air.
Elements manipulated with this mudra are space and air.
Method: Connect the tip of your index finger to the base of your thumb. Gently, press down the index finger with the thumb. Keep the other three fingers straight with palms facing upwards. This mudra should be performed with both hands. Do this for 15-20 mins each day.
Benefits: This mudra is performed to get relief from ‘vata-related issues’, such as joint pains, flatulence, gas related problems such as headaches and stomach pain, bloating, etc.
This mudra is also suggested for tackling neck-pain.
